The Bin Donated ”Bin”

It all begins here. In a repurposed 55-gallon cobalt blue bin, (donated candy syrup barrels). Bin Donated barrels are placed in various partner locations throughout the area. Our donation drives can be a single event or span several days, made possible by contributions from our donors and sponsors.

What we collect?

We collect everyday items because they are the ones that are most needed and easiest to give

Based on where we are collecting, we target specific items. For example, through Hotels and Dental offices, we focus on hygiene products as well as select hotel room amenities. 

Through our residential building drives we target specific items at different times of the year.  For example, first quarter we may collect books, pet and baby supplies, in the summer we collect school supplies, in the later part of the year we collect winter coats/accessories and holiday toys.

Company hosted drives can choose to collect any items they want. Many choose items that we have previously collected, but some choose to add items that are specific to a charity they want to support.

Through items collected, we serve organizations that are helping homeless and transient communities, education and literacy programs, animal shelters, city schools, American troops and families, underprivileged and children programs.

Who do we collect from? What goes in our bins?

We collect from anyone willing to host a bin! Our barrels can be placed anywhere where there’s enough foot traffic and space to ensure that many people will have an accessible and convenient opportunity to give. You name the spot and we can add the cool blue bin. This includes:
